DOA Guarantee

Please read our DOA policy completely BEFORE placing an order.

We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and as photographed. If purchasing a WYSIWYG coral you will be getting the exact animal in the photograph. Please note, sometimes corals are on the website for a while and grow so it may look slightly different but they are the exact one photographed. We video tape our entire packaging process for verification purposes and to ensure that no problems occur. In the unlikely event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) the buyer MUST contact us within 2 hours of package delivery (UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag and out of the bag. Do not dispose of the coral as we may request you return it to us or make modifications for further proof of it being deceased. We send all shipments with signature required, buyer must be at location to receive delivery, not doing so voids all DOA coverage. No exceptions or excuses, no credit without photo. Verified DOA’s will be made whole with a replacement or refund minus shipping. Oftentimes we'll have several options to choose from. Shipping costs are not covered or refunded, in the event of a DOA, buyer will pay shipping on the replacement. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Fraggin' Awesome cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your UPS shipment to arrive late.
