General Info:
The Japanese pygmy filefish refers to the Whitespotted Pygmy Filefish, a small, peaceful, and hardy fish native to the temperate waters and seagrass beds off the coast of Japan. Growing to a maximum size of about 3 inches, these fish can change their coloration for camouflage and are known for their ability to control Aiptasia anemones.
